Notice of Construction (River Road between Franklin & Garvord Streets) on October 14
On Thursday, October 14th, the City of Lebanon will be paving River Road between Franklin and Garvord Streets.
During construction (from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) Franklin Street will be closed to through traffic between Russell Drive and Evans Drive. Residents in the impacted area will be afforded reasonable access but should expect short periods of time where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to periodic delays and other related inconveniences.
