Public Records
In accordance with state law, most records maintained by the City are public records available for review. Some exceptions include records related to ongoing criminal investigations, certain business tax records, and certain personal information. See below to view the City's Public Records Policy. If you have any questions, you may contact the City Recorder.
Some of the most frequently requested documents are not created nor maintained by the City Recorder's Office. Please contact the following agencies for the items listed:
