For after-hours utility issues that cannot wait until the next business day, call (541) 451.0101. This phone number is not answered during business hours. Examples of things Public Works can help with after hours:
- Water turn-ons - turned off due to lack of payment
- Emergency water turn-offs
- Water leaks in the city system
- Traffic signal/sign issues
- Dead animals
- Downed trees
- All sanitary sewer issues
- Storm drainage problems
- Parks vandalism or damaged facilities
- Roadway hazards
- Sinkholes
- Any and all safety concerns regarding city utilities, facilities or city-owned property
