Notice of Public Hearing: Budget Committee Meeting
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: CITY OF LEBANON
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon will be conducted on May 2, 2018 at the Santiam Travel Station Board Room, 750 S. 3rd Street, Lebanon, Oregon.
During the meeting, a public hearing will be held at 12.00 p.m. to discuss the possible uses of the STATE REVENUE SHARING FUNDS.
If deemed necessary, a second/third meeting will be held, May 3 & 4, 2018 at the Santiam Travel Station Board Room, 750 S. 3rd Street at 12:00 pm. Citizens of Lebanon attending are encouraged to discuss the possible uses of the State Revenue Sharing Funds or to submit written testimony to the City Manager's office no later than 4:00 p.m., April 30, 2018 at 925 S. Main Street, Lebanon, OR 97355.

NOTICE OF CITY OF LEBANON: BUDGET MEETING
The first meeting on the proposed budget for the City of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon, for the fiscal year 2018-19 will be held at the Santiam Travel Station Board Room, 750 S. 3rd Street, at 12:00 p.m. on May 2, 2018.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
If deemed necessary, a second/third meeting will be held, May 3 & 4, 2018 at the Santiam Travel Station Board Room, 750 S. 3rd Street at 12:00 pm. The budget message and budget document will be prepared as required under the provision of ORS, Chapter 294. Copies of the budget document may be inspected or obtained after April 20, 2018 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. at the office of the Finance Director, 925 S. Main Street, Lebanon, OR 97355 or on the City’s website www.ci.lebanon.or.us/budgetcommittee.
