Notice of Public Hearing: Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the City of Lebanon Budget Committee will be conducted on May 4, 2017 at the Santiam Travel Station Board Room, 750 3rd Street, Lebanon, Oregon.

During the meeting a public hearing will be held at 12.00 p.m. to discuss the possible uses of the STATE REVENUE SHARING FUNDS.

Citizens of Lebanon attending are encouraged to discuss the possible uses of the State Revenue Sharing Funds or to submit written testimony to the City Manager's office no later than 4:00 p.m., May 1, 2017 at 925 Main Street, Lebanon, OR  97355.

BUDGET MEETING

The first meeting on the proposed budget for the City of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon, for the fiscal year 2017-18 will be held at the Santiam Travel Station Board Room, 750 3rd Street, at 12:00 p.m. on May 4, 2017.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.

The budget message and budget document will be prepared as required under the provision of ORS, Chapter 294. Copies of the budget document may be inspected or obtained after April 21, 2017 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. at the office of the Finance Director, 925 Main Street, Lebanon, OR  97355 or on the City’s website www.ci.lebanon.or.us.

URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY
BUDGET MEETING

The first meeting on the proposed budget for the fiscal year 2017-18 for the Northwest Lebanon Urban Renewal District, the Cheadle Lake Urban Renewal District, and the North Gateway Urban Renewal District, Linn County, Oregon, will be held at the Santiam Travel Station Board Room, 750 3rd Street, at 12:00 p.m. on May 4, 2017 immediately following the budget meeting for the City of Lebanon.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
