Notice of Construction/Street Access
On Monday, June 11, 2018, Eugene Sand Construction will begin Phase II of the Russell Drive & River Road Improvements Project.
From June 11 – August 31 Russell Drive, from Franklin Street to the Mountain River & River Road intersection, will be closed to through traffic. Detours will be in place and access to Cheadle Lake Park will be available.
Motorists and residents in the affected area should expect delays and/or detours around the construction activities. Residents in the impacted area will be afforded reasonable access but can expect short periods of time where access to individual driveways may not be possible in addition to periodic delays and other related inconveniences.
