Notice of Construction / Street Closure:
Beginning Monday, April 17, 2017, North Santiam Paving will begin construction on the Airport Road Extension / Russell Drive Improvements Project. The project is being constructed in phases to limit the impact to traffic and businesses in the area.
Phase 1, will begin on April 17th and includes the extension of Airport Road just east of Safeway’s west driveway on Airport Road and extends to the intersection of Russell Drive and Porter Street.
During Phase 1, Airport Road will be closed just east of the driveway to Safeway. Access to Safeway and surrounding businesses should be unimpeded during this phase of construction; however, motorists should be extra careful watching for construction equipment and personnel in the area.
As construction progresses, additional information will be released regarding planned closures, detours, and impacts to traffic. The City of Lebanon thanks you in advance for your cooperation and patience during the closure.
