City Suspending Late Fees and No Lock-Offs This Month
Utility Payments will be accepted online or through automated phone payments. Payments mailed or dropped off in the white mailbox in front of City Hall will be accepted, but not processed until normal City Hall operations resume. In addition, the CITY WILL BE SUSPENDING LATE FEES AND WILL NOT BE CONDUCTING LOCK-OFF PROCEDURES THIS MONTH.
To start or stop utility service, and for emergency sewer or water disruptions, utility customers should contact the afterhours service line at 541-451-0101. The usual afterhours fee will be waived. New customer applications can be emailed to utilitybilling@ci.lebanon.or.us or put in the drop box. Mail and drop box payments will be processed when the City resumes normal operations.
Building permits may still be processed through the State ePermitting system, and until directed by the State, inspections will continue.
